The University of Cincinnati James L. Winkle College of Pharmacy invites applications for a full-time, 12-month Assistant Professor level faculty position in the Division of Pharmaceutical Sciences as the Director of the Master’s Degree Program in Pharmacogenomics and Personalized Healthcare. This is a newly approved online program.
Primary responsibilities will be to implement and oversee the Pharmacogenomics and Personalized Healthcare program and to conduct collaborative research in areas related to the academic program. This position will involve teaching in the PharmD and MS/PhD graduate programs and service activities. Ample opportunities exist for collaborations within the University of Cincinnati and the Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center.
Minimum Qualifications: PhD degree in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field, as well as teaching experience in line with Pharmacogenomics. Preference will be given to individuals who have directed academic programs. The candidate should have an excellent scholarly track-record. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and inter-professional collaboration are essential. Relocation is optional.
